TESCO CUP ON THE COMMUNITY CHANNEL
The Tesco Cup will feature on the Community Channel's ‘Your Sport' programme from Monday April 6 to Sunday April 12. It will be shown on Freeview channel 87, Sky channel 539 and Virgin TV channel 233, four times daily - 6am, 12 noon, 6pm and Midnight.
It can also be viewed online from Monday April 6: www.communitychannel.org
The feature includes interviews with Sir Trevor Brooking, the Football Association's Director of Development, National Women's Coach Hope Powell and footage from earlier Tesco Cup seasons and provides a great insight into the Tesco Cup and the importance of the tournament for the future development of grassroots football.
